Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop project documentation for a restaurant in Ostrava with associated accommodation facilities at the level of implementation documentation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. It is a four-story, non-basement building topped by a singleskinned green roof. Part of the diploma thesis is a thermal technical assessment of the perimeter constructions and a building envelope label according to ČSN 730540-2 [2] and a static design and assessment of a reinforced concrete staircase.
