Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on employees selection and recruitment. Target of the thesis is make analysis and compare company approach with theoretical approach in scope of employees selection and recruitment. I use the knowledge of human resources department chief in building company for better understanding of this issue. A method for achieving thesis targets is analysis of documents and semi-standardized interview with this human resources department chief. This thesis contains several chapter including introduction and conclusion. I executed the theoretical part according appropriate literature at first. I introduced the company and executed the practical part of thesis which is based on theoretical knowledge in next chapter. I designed arrangement based on these findings. This arrangement can reduce or even eliminate identified problems associated with employees selection and recruitment.
