Objemová studie řešení proluky na Masarykově náměstí v Ostravě

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design an appropriate use of a vacant lot on Masaryk Square in Ostrava. Studies are designed in two options - option A solves multi-purpose building with a café on the 1st floor, offices on the 2nd floor and apartments on the remaining floors. In Option B there is designed a hotel, with a restaurant on the 1st Floor. Chosen and more elaborated option is B – a hotel with a restaurant. Work is processed at the level of a study and focuses mainly on the layout and overall appearance. Part of the proposal is a solution of the static transport in tight complicated conditions of vacant lot.
