Abstract
The subject of diploma thesis is analysis of employee training and development system in selected organization. The work consists of two parts. First part clarifies basic theoretical terms related to education. In the second, practical part, there is description of chosen organization and analysis of the education system. The result of the diploma thesis are suggestions and recommendations for improving the current system of education.
