Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the selection and recruitment on the basis of this analysis to verify the theoretical knowledge in a practical example. The introductory chapter discusses the essence of human resource management, individual methods of recruitment and selection of staff and related activities, procedures and resources. In the practical part of the thesis is converted theoretical background in the practical use of knowledge in human resource management in one of the many Czech medium- sized companies. The third chapter of this thesis is processed in such a way that , on the basis of the analysis of the current state of society and its situation in the field of human resources, it was possible to find ways to improve the recruitment and selection of employees that will lead to stabilization, development and economic growth of the organization and design recommendations that would support improved functioning process of recruitment and selection of staff.
