Jiří Teslík The purpose of this Thesis is to develop a plan of an economical building for a building permit. The components of the plan are the processes of the technical and the accompanying reports, the technological building progress of the substructure made from concrete bricks, the budget for the technological side, the technical assessment of a heating construction and also the blue prints. The family house is projected to have two floors without a cellar and with a counter sloped roof to fit a family of five.
