Vliv lokality odběru zkušebních těles na mechanické vlastnosti velkých výkovků

Abstract

V předložené diplomové práci je prezentován proces výroby a vlastnosti ingotů, jejich analýza a defekty. Diplomová práce se také zabývá technologií výroby velkých výkovků. Práce přibližuje destruktivní metody zkoušení kovových materiálů. Pojednává zejména o heterogenitě chemického složení ingotů a odlišných mechanických vlastnostech v horní a dolní části ingotu. V experimentální části je proveden mikrostrukturní rozbor, zkoušky tvrdosti, pevnosti v tahu, lomové houževnatosti a zkouška rázem v ohybu. Závěrem je vyhodnocení výsledků zkoušek odebraných vzorků z horní a dolní části ingotu.

The presented thesis presents the production process and properties of ingots, their analysis and defects. The thesis deals also with technology of production of large forgings. The thesis deals with destructive methods of testing of metallic materials. It deals mainly with the heterogeneity of the chemical components of ingots and various mechanical properties in the upper and bottom parts in ingots. In the experimental part is done microstructural analysis, hardness tests, tensile strength, fracture and notch toughness are performed. Finally, we evaluate the results of the samples taken from the upper and bottom parts of ingots.
