Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to find the optimal system of regular professional training of members working in the operational and information centers in regional fire brigades, which will lead to an effective deepening of their professional knowledge. The first part of the work describes the processes taking place at the operational and information centers and their personnel structure. The following section is devoted to regular training. A questionnaire survey was used to determine the current situation. The final chapters compare foreign procedures with the procedures used in the Czech Republic and propose modifications to the current procedure for conducting regular training.
