Abstract
Main aim of bachelor thesis is evaluating the usage of various methods and tools, which personnel agencies use for employee recruitment and selection. In theoretical part of the work we firstly deal with personnel work, which contain process of employee recruitment and selection. This process is determined in bachelor work together with particular methods, which are used in this process. The conclusion of the theoretical part is used to clarify the term personnel agency, which serves as a basis for evaluating the current system for employee recruitment and selection in a specific personnel agency, together with definitions of particular methods for employee recruitment and selection. In practical part we research, what specific methods personnel agency uses for employee recruitment and selection and on the basis of observing and executed questionnaire research we try to suggest possibilities, how personnel agency can improve its system of employee recruitment and selection to firms its clients.
