Komunikace a spolupráce v rámci humanitární pomoci

Abstract

This thesis examines communication and cooperation in the provision of humanitarian assistance during emergencies in the Olomouc Region. Its aim is to develop a proposal for coordinated communication and collaboration between the Regional Fire Rescue Service, non- governmental organizations, and public administration authorities. The thesis draws on legislative analysis, professional literature, current practice, and a questionnaire survey, resulting in a framework focused on unifying communication procedures and strengthening cooperation among involved actors. The proposal may serve as a basis for further development of humanitarian assistance processes.
