Vyhodnocení variant financování investičního projektu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find the optimal way of financing a new forklift as a renewal investment so that the company can achieve the highest possible tax savings. The company NOEL - PLUS CV spol. s r.o. I chose because its major customers are mainly companies engaged in mining and processing of raw materials. The theoretical part describes the knowledge related to the issue. The practical part of the thesis describes in the tables calculations of loan installments, depreciation calculations, calculations of lease payments and calculations of financing from own resources and subsequent evaluation of all these financing options.
