Abstract

Land solved in the thesis is situated in the town of Ostrava-Marianske Hory. This area is characterized by high ecological and social burden caused by the proximity of heavy industry and residential areas. The project solving the issue by relocation of existing industrial content of building and its replacing by humanitarian social center with associated parts with new construction of residential houses. The idea of center is to serve all members of the community and give them a place to cultivate their mind, body and soul.
