Dotace v rozpočtech vybrané velikostní kategorie obcí

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a zhodnotit zastoupení dotací v rozpočtech vybrané skupiny obcí. Diplomová práce se skládá z pěti kapitol, kdy první kapitolu tvoří úvod a poslední závěr. Druhá kapitola představuje teoretický základ pro vstup do vybrané problematiky. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu dotací, a proto je kapitola rozdělena na tři dílčí části. První část popisuje vývoj celkových dotací obcí a DSO v ČR v programovém období 2007-2013. Druhá část blíže přibližuje dotace ve vybrané velikostní kategorii obcí mezi lety 2010-2013. Třetí část tvoří analýza a komparace dotací ve městě Písku v období 2010-2013. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá zhodnocením vlivu dotací na hospodaření obcí a DSO v ČR, hospodařením vybrané skupiny obcí a vlivu dotací na hospodaření města Písek.

The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate represenstation of subsidies in the budgets of selected groups of municipalities. The thesis consists of five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction and a final conclusion. The second chapter represents a theoretical basis for the entry into the certain issues. The third chapter is focused on analysis of subsidies and therefore the chapter is divided into the three sub-sections. The first part describes the evolution of total subsidies of municipalities and DSO in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2007-2013. The second part describes closely the subsidies in the selected size category of municipalities between years 2010-2013. The third part is an analysis and comparison of subsidies in Písek in 2010-2013. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of the impact of subsidies on management of municipalities and DSO in the Czech Republic, management of the selected group of municipalities and the impact of subsidies on the management of the town of Písek.
