Abstract

The thesis “Assessment of the Competitiveness of a Small Business in the Confectionery Sector” focuses on analyzing the competitiveness of the company Monikafē. The theoretical part introduces and defines key concepts related to entrepreneurship, competitiveness, and methods used to assess it. The practical part provides a detailed description of the company and applies selected methods to evaluate its competitiveness. Based on the analysis, the author presents specific proposals and recommendations in the final part of the thesis.
