Inovační potenciál a jeho vliv na rozvoj podnikání

Abstract

The thesis deals with practical demonstrations of innovative potential within the scope of the Entrepreneurial incubation of the VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. Emphasis is first of all placed on for generating synergy not only between educational, scientific and experimental institutions, but also outer entrepreneurial environment, which is represented by the application sphere. The purpose of the thesis is the theoretical definition of the innovative potential with resulting practical implementation in conditions of the Entrepreneurial incubation of the VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava.

The first part is focused on defining concepts as are innovations, innovative potential, and innovative business in innovative centres, entrepreneurial incubations and scientific technological parks. The theoretic part outlines the essence of the network business, the transfer of technology and last but not least also the innovative process.

The second part characterizes the activity of the Entrepreneurial incubator of the VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava more closely. The essential part of this chapter is devoted to the project AGENT to its specifications and the asset in continuation the cooperation between the tertiary and the application sphere.

The chapter suggestions and recommendation outlines new possibilities of cooperation and expansion of the existing project AGENT with emphasis on strengthening synergy, transfer technology and commercialization.
