Abstract
The thesis is focused on the competition analysis of the power plate fitness studio market in Ostrava. The main objective was to analyze the competitiveness of the selected studio, Power Plate & Power Bike Lowellpro, located in Ostrava. The data collection was executed by mystery shopping and mystery mailing methods. Suggestions and recommendations based on the data research results were formulated to strengthen the competitive position of the studio.
