Model kardiovaskulárního systému

Abstract

This thesis focuses on creating a model of the cardiovascular system for testing the methods of measuring hemodynamic parameters of the CVS. The basis of the model consists of a blood pump generating pulse wave and a simulation of the large blood circulation. The model enables the control of the blood temperature, heart rate, artery pressure and cardiac output. The control and measurement of individual parameters is carried out by a software application designed in the programme LabView. Monitoring of the cardiac output is processed by the thermodilution method using the Swan-Ganz catheter. The final model will serve for testing other measurement methods including the invasive ones.
