Abstract

Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a villa in Janske Koupele at the level of partial project documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., Amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Sb. The materials and resources for the elaboration of this thesis were taken from the architectural and urban study prepared within the semester project in the subject Studio I. The project documentation of the subject Studio Va, prepared in the form of documentation for building permits, was also used as part of the materials. The villa is designed on the basis of the Janske Koupele project, which consisted of three main parts. A new hotel and simultaneously a spa and rehabilitation center, thanks to the effective use of natural healing springs. Furthermore, a sports center with a tennis academy and the construction of 5 apartment houses and 10-12 private villas. The thesis is divided into two parts – a text documentation, which includes accompanying report and a technical report, and a drawing documentation, which is elaborated to the extent of the assignment and supplemented with architectural details.
