Financování víceúčelového sportoviště v obci z regionálního operačního programu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyses possibilities of the financing of the selected municipal project - it means the building of the multipurpose sportsground. It deals with the characteristic of municipality, the rules of its economy and with the budget process. There are described objectives and instruments of the european politics of economic and social coherence and the regional operational programme NUTS II North-East. The content and the budget structure are consequently applicated to the economy of municipality of Červená Voda for years 2008-2010. Furthermore, there is described the project of multipurpose sportsground in details and there are suggested and analysed alternates of its financing. In the conclusion of thesis there is made a choice of the best option, which will mean the economical expenditure of budget means.
