Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine what insurance products can be arranged in the liability of employees and employers, insurance products and the diversity between the conditions at the selected insurance companies and to recommend insurance products in practice. In the theoretical section the different types of employee and employer liability for damage and the possibility of liability insurance are described. In the practical part the insurance products are analyzed on liability for damage. Comparison method compares the different insurance options. Subsequently, insurance product for employees and employers is recommended. The thesis is the basis for all who are in the position of the employer or the employee and decide whether to conclude insurance liability in labor relations.
