Abstract

Bachelor work targets the description and analysis of existing employee appraisal system and its connection to another activities of human resources control in the company SUNGWOO HITECH Ltd. In the first part of bachelor work are explained theoretic findings of appraisal system, its objectives, methods and connections to another personnel activities. Following chapters describe analysed company and its present state of employee appraisal system, remuneration and possible promotion of employees. Lost chapter based on comparison of theoretic findings with reality in the company is finding possible inadequacies in the established appraisal system of company SUNGWOO HITECH Ltd.
