Aplikace hodnocení způsobilosti procesu pro data, která nemají normální rozdělení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of process capability assessment, specifically for those processes for which some data are not normally distributed. The theoretical part introduces process capability assessment using standard process capability indices. Afterwards, it describes current approaches to process capability assessment in situations where data normality is not satisfied, including an analysis of possible causes of its non-normality. The practical part focuses on analysing the nature of distribution of quality signs for those processes of a metallurgical company that have been found to possess a non-normal distribution of quality signs. It also analyses the causes of non-normality of these signs. Some procedures for capability assessment of these selected processes are proposed, according to the nature of the distribution of quality signs.
