Trestná činnost v oblasti životního prostředí na území České republiky

Abstract

In view of the increasing number of criminal acts and economical damages in the environmental fields, I focused this thesis on the analysis of valid criminal codes and other law regulations connected to the protection of the environment in the Czech Republic between 2005 and 2009. The aim of my thesis is to reduce the monitored trend in the system of preventive projects of criminal acts in the environmental field and to find new and more succesfull procedures and police methods in investigations and explanations of these criminal acts with the cooperation of all stateauthorities and territorial autonomy
