Abstract

My bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing research of industry compenies demand for transport services. Research is processed for the Letiste Leoše Janáčka Ostrava. Research is asking selected compenies about using freight air transportation. My bachelor thesis is divided into many parts. The very first part is theoretical, where are described marketing meaning and marketing research in general. My bachelor thesis is focused on the Letiste Leoše Janáčka Ostrava. Characteristic as well. In the third part is mainly marketing research where is basic information and process during putting questions together. Afterwards assessment and analysing collected data. Suggestions, recommendation and conclusion are in the final part.
