Stanovení optimálního dávkování ztekucujících přísad pro ekonomickou výrobu transportbetonu

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on determining the optimal dosage of water reducing admixtures with a different basis for economic production of ready-mixed concrete. The first section describes the reasons for the use of these admixtures for concrete production, distribution according to the basis and principles of their functioning. In the next chapter, the work deals with description of the components of concrete, concrete properties and methods of testing of fresh and hardened concrete. It is followed by a description and a preparation of the experiment. The results and the evaluation are summarized and presented in the form of tables and graphs on the basis of specific requirements, such as the effectiveness of each examined admixture, dependence of consistency on time and compressive strength. At the end there is a comparison of results, evaluation of the economic aspects and the possibility of application in construction practice.
