Návrh integrovaného systému řízení v podnikové praxi s akcentem na oblast EMS

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Návrh integrovaného systému řízení v podnikové praxi s akcentem na oblast EMS. V teoretické části jsou popsány současné trendy v oblasti systémů řízení kvality a environmentálního managementu, trendy ISO k integrovaným manažerským systémům a jejich aplikace v podmínkách praxe. Praktická část zahrnuje popis společnosti, analýzu současného stavu podnikového řízení ve společnosti prováděnou prostřednictvím porovnání současného stavu s požadavky norem ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, ČSN EN ISO 50001:2012 a ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 a následně tvorbou návrhů na opatření. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav podnikového řízení vůči požadavkům norem a následně vytvořit návrhy k zajištění plnění veškerých požadavků norem.

The theme of this thesis is Design of Integrated Management Systém in Company Practice with the Emphasis on EMS Area. In the theoretical part describes current trends in the field of quality control systems and environmental management, ISO trends to integrated managerial systems and their application of practical conditions. The practical part includes a description of the company, analysis of the current state of corporate governance in the company implemented by comparing the current state with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 14001: 2005, ČSN EN ISO 50001:2012 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 and subsequently creation of proposals towards arrangements. The goal of this thesis is analyze the current state corporate management of standards to the requirements and then create proposals to ensure the implementation of all requirements of the standards.
