Implementace vlastního VPN serveru s managementem přes webové rozhraní

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis examines the principles of VPN technologies and their functions. It covers practical deployment methods and use cases. Further explains how a VPN server configured with the WireGuard protocol is configured and how it enables connections for multiple users simultaneously. For the practical implementation of the VPN server, the thesis describes the design and implementation of a web interface for the VPN server. For the web interface, the roles of web interface users and their functions are described. It further clarifies the capabilities of these roles and the required knowledge. It also ensures a clear overview of the web interface, usability, and basic security of the implementation. A brief guide to installing and using the system has been created for the implementation. Existing tools for managing a WireGuard VPN server with a web interface are compared with the implementation of this thesis. The goal is to create a VPN server with a web interface and multiple user accounts for users without a deep understanding of network communication.
