The aim of this thesis is a design of the heating and ventilation systems of a nursing home with swimming bath. The diploma thesis is split into two parts. The first part focus on the building segment of the project documentation of the object. The second part handles the heating and ventilation systems of the object. The main source of heating, hot-water heating system and pool heating are two gas fuelled condensing boilers. The heating of the object is solved by low-temperature floor heating. The building is ventilated by three air handling units that provide an optimal air exchange in the building. The rooms such as toilets are ventilated by diagonal flow fans in the duct.
