Organizační a ekonomická analýza sportovní akce

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the organizational and economic analysis of an aerobics sports event called "Česko se hýbe," which took place in Ostrava in February 2026. The goal of the work is to describe the preparation and organization process, evaluate visitor satisfaction, and analyze income and expenses. The theoretical part defines basic terms from sports management and marketing and describes the historical development and economic impact of sport. The practical part explains in detail the cooperation between the FISAF.cz federation and a local club and describes the entire preparation process of the competition. To achieve the goals, a questionnaire survey, an interview, and a SWOT analysis were used. The results identified the strengths and weaknesses of the event, which were used to create recommendations for future years. The main goal of these suggestions is to improve the economic stability of the event to avoid financial losses in the future while keeping the participants satisfied.
