Abstract
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for biuld-up low-energy timbers family house. Purpose is to propose low-energy family house which will be comfortable for four people. This bachelor thesis puts mind to solve energy requirements for saving of house. The project uses common available building materials. The reset of thesis is project documentation to building licence.
