Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis titled "Strategic Analysis of the Business Company" is an execution of a strategic analysis and subsequent proposal of possible solutions of problems. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part, are describes the methods of analysis of the external and internal environment with support of an available literature. The second practical part, is devoted to analysis of the company TRIPEX, s.r.o. In her introduction to the presentation of his activity, history and suppliers. Subsequently an analysis of external and internal business environment. Work is completed suggestion strategic recommendations for the future direction of the company.
