Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of employees‘ remuneration in a chosen organization. Main aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of current remuneration system in the organization. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is based on the technical literature, where the formation of remuneration system is described and is followed by a practical part. Practical part evaluates current remuneration system and concentrates on possible improvements. Research has been done by a metod of survey. Based on the survey’s results I proposed some recommendations for a more sophisticated remuneration system. The recommendations for remuneration system improvement are implemenation of work description, execute salary examination, provide employees‘ benefits and create remuneration system, which is able to compete. Implement cohesion between employee’s appraisal and remuneration system will promote or make individual work more attractive, increase employees‘ motivation and reduce fluctuation at some positions.
