Stavebně-technický průzkum zděných staveb

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je přehled a charakteristika nejčastěji se vyskytujících poruch zděných konstrukcí. V práci byly popsány vybrané diagnostické metody, jež se ke stanovení rozsahu jednotlivých poruch zděných objektů používají. Praktická část diplomové práce vychází z poznatků teoretické části, tyto byly aplikovány při stavebně-technickém průzkumu zděného objektu, nacházejícího se v obci Dolní Suchá. V rámci provedeného stavebně-technického průzkumu byly pomocí destruktivních a nedestruktivních metod stanoveny fyzikálně-mechanické a chemické vlastnosti vybraných stavebních prvků a tyto byly následně vyhodnoceny. V závěru práce je celkově zhodnocen stav zděného objektu

The subject of the thesis is a summary and characterisation of the most frequently occurring defects of masonry structures. In thesis, selected diagnostic methods that are used for the determination of extent of individual failures masonry structures, were described. The practical part is based on the knowledge of the theoretical part, the insights have been applied in a technical-building survey of a brick building, located in the village of Dolní Suchá. In the framework of the performed technical-building survey, destructive and non-destructive methods for determining the physical-mechanical and chemical properties of selected structural elements were used. Properties were subsequently evaluated. The conclusion evaluates the status of a brick building.
