Analýza distribuční logistiky

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of distribution logistics. The theoretical part, called Theory of Logistics and Distribution defines a theory of logistics and the individual parts of distribution logistics, professional methods. The third chapter provides basic information about company CIDEMAT Hranice, Ltd. and its business, its history and economic results. In the fourth chapter, called Analysis of Distribution Logistics, are analyzed individual parts of distribution logistics (transport, storage etc.) and in this chapter was investigated an influence of transport costs on the competitiveness of products and with using Pareto analysis and SWOT analysis are analyzed distribution costs and strength, weakness, opportunities, threats of distribution logistics of company CIDEMAT Hranice, Ltd.
