Organizace basketbalového kempu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza organizace basketbalového kempu v Opavě, konkrétně jeho ročníku realizovaného v roce 2025. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti sportovního managementu, marketingu a specifik organizace sportovních akcí. Praktická část se věnuje podrobné charakteristice sledovaného kempu, jeho personálnímu zajištění, logistice, harmonogramu a financování. V rámci výzkumného šetření byly využity metody pozorování a strukturované rozhovory s hlavním organizátorem a členem trenérského týmu. Získaná data byla následně vyhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy, která identifikovala silné a slabé stránky akce a definovala budoucí příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou v závěru práce formulovány konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro zefektivnění budoucích ročníků.

The bachelor thesis aims to analyze the organization of a basketball camp in Opava, specifically the edition held in 2025. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts in the fields of sports management, marketing, and the specifics of organizing sporting events. The practical part provides a detailed description of the monitored camp, its staffing, logistics, schedule, and financing. The research section utilizes methods of observation and structured interviews with the head organizer and a member of the coaching team. The collected data were subsequently evaluated using a SWOT analysis, which identified the strengths and weaknesses of the event and defined future opportunities and threats. Based on the results of the analysis, specific proposals and recommendations are formulated in the conclusion of the thesis to improve the efficiency of future editions.
