Abstract
The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to obtain data and information to ascertain how inhabitants of Petřvald are satisfied with services provided by the town. These services were traffic in the town, educational institutions services, cultural and sports facilities, the local police, medical care, etc. Written questioning served as a substantial source of information. I evaluated acquired data and found out which services are regarded as unsatisfactory. Subsequently, I proposed certain recommendations for improvement of these services.
