Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of workers in selected company mainly from the point of view rewards and benefits.
The theoretical part of the thesis introduces with the basic concepts of motivation, sources of motiovation and examines its influence in the management and valuation of employees.
The practical part is based on the acquired theoretical knowledge in order to assess the current status of employees motivation in the company and to propose more efficient operation.
