Zhodnocení work-life balance ve vybrané základní škole

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on evaluating work-life balance at a selected primary school. The main objective of the thesis is to assess the level of awareness regarding work-life balance among primary school teachers and to determine whether they maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives. Based on the analyses that were conducted, the thesis aims to propose measures that could help teachers achieve work-life balance and prevent burnout. An additional partial goal is to identify the legal framework related to work-life balance. The practical part includes a survey conducted among teaching staff through a questionnaire, formulation of research questions evaluated using statistical method, and an interview with the school principal. The practical part also includes the Customer Window method. Based on the findings, specific measures for implementing work-life balance elements will be proposed. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of the importance of work-life balance in the educational environment.
