Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of employee benefits in the selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to employee benefits and individual types of employee benefits. The next section introduces Austin Detonar Ltd. to which employee benefits have been applied. The conclusion of the thesis is evaluation of the questionnaire and recommendations for the company.
