Sociální podnikání jako inovativní nástroj aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti

Abstract

The thesis titled „Social Entrepreneurship as the „Innovative Tool of the Active Employment Policy“ is focused on the issue of social entrepreneurship linked on topic labour market and topic of the unemployement group in line with Olomouc region. The theoretical part presented the technical terms of the labour market, unemployment, active employment policy, Operational programme Employment and social entrepreneurship. Furthermore describe the history of social entrepreneurship, source financing of social enterprises and present legislative enviroment of social entrepreneurship in CR. The practical part is focused on evaluation activities and system functioning of social enterprises in Olomouc region in years 2014-2018. Investigation is realized through interviews with representatives of social enterprises and based on documents in sphere financing. The practical part furthermore to propose two ways of creation platforms which organise social enterprises in the Olomouc region. In conclusion these are presented recommendations for development of the social economy within the framework public administration.
