Revitalizace panelového objektu P1.11

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with modernization of the facade and filling the hole prefab building P1.11. The facade is designed to help contact padding gray polystyrene. The surface texturevis designed silicone plaster. Original windows are dismantled andmreplaced with plas tic insulating triple glass windows. The practical part deal with the hole is modified for the positioning of new panels andinsulation system design. It is prepared the budget and schedule, which describesmthemwholemprocess works. Themtheoretical part is divided i nto two parts. The first part is made pursuant to the law 499/2006 Coll. - „The documentation of buildings“. The second part deals with technological process of building insulation. The thesis objective I reduce heating costs by using the contact insulation system and changing the appearance of the building.
