Optimalizace hasebních obvodů na území hlavního města Prahy

Abstract

The introductory sections of this thesis describe the basic concepts and principles in accordance with the requirements of the Decree and blanket coverage of forces and resources related at the city of Prague. It also contains some information related to the concept of fire protection in the capital city. The basic concepts in the strict sense associated with issues of identifying and extinguishing circuit applications in the area. A brief list of selected quotations from the law, decrees and regulations which are associated with this issue was subsequently made. The electronic systems used by Fire and Rescue Brigade City of Prague, resp. parts that contain information on the outs of fire protection, including a definition and concept of the Exit table that serves as a database environment for the GIS system were summarized. A list of selected factors influencing the response times of fire protection units from the moment of departure to arrival at the designated location. An evaluation of Exit tables was also made, dealing with these splash response times that were used for processing into Exit maps by selected time interface. Based on these findings the draft amendment of extinguishing circuit creating by displayed response time of fire station no. 3 - Holešovice and their use for gradual optimization system of creating was carried out. Finally, considerations about the result use of optimized response times of fire protection units in building prevention activities and operating procedures were generated.
