Abstract

My bachelor thesis is focused on employee motivation in Trojek company a.s. For every company it is very important to have motivated emplyees that are able to perform well and at the same time are satisfied from the work they have done. The aim of the thesis was to analyze and to evaluate the current status of motivational factors in the company as well as to propose some recommendations to improve this status so the company could benefit from it. For the analysis, I chose questionnaire methodology. The employees were asked specific questions. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out overall satisfaction with their job, specifically, wages, relationship in workplace, work tools and benefits. An important task was also to identify the best motivation for their work. The project consists of two sections: theoretical and practical In the theoretical part I described the basis of satisfaction at work and in the practical part I used the employee satisfaction survey to analyze the status of job satisfaction. The result of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations that should contribute to higher satisfaction of employees.
