Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro realizaci bytového domu v Bohumíně. Dokumentace je zpracována v souladu s aktuálně platnou vyhláškou č. 131/2024 Sb. Navržený objekt je nepodsklepená budova o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích, která obsahuje celkem čtrnáct bytových jednotek určených pro trvalé bydlení. Práce je členěna na textovou a výkresovou část. Textová část obsahuje technickou zprávu vypracovanou dle platných norem a předpisů a rovněž tepelně-technické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí obálky budovy, konkrétně střechy, obvodových stěn a podlah. Výkresová část zahrnuje architektonicko-stavební dokumentaci včetně specifikací a výkazů prvků, které byly zpracovány podle požadavků na dokumentaci pro provedení stavby.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Bohumín. The documentation has been prepared in accordance with the currently valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The proposed building is a four-storey, non-basement structure comprising a total of fourteen residential units intended for permanent housing. The thesis is divided into a textual and a drawing part. The textual part includes a technical report prepared in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as a thermal-technical assessment of selected building envelope structures, namely the roof, external walls, and floors. The drawing part contains architectural and structural documentation, including specifications and bills of quantities, prepared according to the requirements for construction documentation.
