Abstract

The objective of the Bachelor Thesis at hand is to present three options of heating a family house in terms of giving an outline of the acutal design as well as the necessary project documentation. The three options are based on selection of the most suitable source of heat. The first option concerns an up-to-date way of using the condensing gas boiler. The second heating option uses the electric boiler as the heating device. The third option deals with the possibility of utilizing an upgraded version of one of the traditional sources of heat, a tiled stove combined with a hot-water heat exchanger that is to be connected with a storage tank. A significant part of the Bachelor Thesis gives an account of the building part of the project documentation of the proposed family home,which comprisses the technical report and the design documentation. Project documentation has been processed according to valid standards and in accordance with valid legislation of the Czech Republic.
