Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with comparison self – employed person and limited liability company. It analyzes how to start business as self – employed person and limited liability company, what are the responsibilities of entrepreneurs. The first part deals with the issue of business self – employed person, then there is clarified business of limited liability company and how to convene general meeting. Business plan and financial plan show practical functioning of the company. Business plan contains SWOT analysis. In the end there are evaluated forms of business and their appropriateness for entrepreneurs.
