Možnost odstranění chloridů z modelového roztoku pomocí dřevokazné houby: studium kinetiky a podmínek

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the study of the kinetics of biosorption to remove chloride anionts from a model solution using wood-destroying fungus Fomitopsis pinicola. Biosorbent was mechanically prepared and classified into three groups due the grain size: <0,5; 0,5–1 and >1 mm. The biosorbent was also chemically modified with nitric acid (1 000 mg·l-1). There were studied conditions as pH value and initial concentration of chloride anions to find best conditions to reach maximal sorption capacity of used biosorbent. Results will be used for advanced studies of another factors and parametres which can be applied in practical way to treat mine water.
