Abstract
Aim of this work is to evaluate the status of road safety at the junction of Francouzská – Nad Porubkou and draft of the measures to improve it. Part of the thesis is processed traffic survey, calculation of the forecast traffic volumes for a prospective 2030, capacity calculations, analysis of traffic accidents. There is a proposal of building arrangement, the passability is verified towed curves in the AutoTURN and traffic flow simulation is performed in the PTV VISSIM. In conclusion, the evaluated solutions to improve the flow and safety of traffic.
