KAIZEN – neustálé zlepšování procesů

Abstract

Subject of this diploma thesis is to implement the TPM method, one of the basic elements of Kaizen, in a chosen company. The main goal is to improve the current state of the maintenance and present the company with a procedure which would lead to a functional system of autonomous maintenance according to the TPM method. Individual steps of autonomous maintenance implementation were presented on a particular machine with the outcome in a form of created standards. The company obtained a manual which instructs how to proceed when implementing the autonomous maintenance and other elements of the TPM method.
