Využití popílku při likvidaci hlavních důlních děl

Abstract

The disposal of various wastes from industrial enterprises, power plants, etc., especially the disposal of toxic waste, is a very serious ecological and economic problem that occurs in all industrialized countries of the world. The safe and harmless disposal of waste is a growing concern. The presented dissertation is devoted to the possibilities of using products after the combustion of fossil fuels in the disposal of main and old mine shafts after mining activities. The goal of the work is to propose and evaluate new suitable recipes of base mixes for this disposal. The dissertation is divided into two parts – theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the main mine work, energy waste and their management. Furthermore, the individual samples and the methodology of the work are briefly described here. In the experimental part, ash from Energy Třinec, Heating plant Zlín, Heating plant Československá armáda (ČSA) in Karviná, Heating plant Karviná and cements CEM I 42.5 R, CEM I 52.5 R, CEM III/A 42.5 N (Cement Hranice, a.s.), CEM II/A-S 42.5 R and CEM II/B-M (V-LL) 32.5 R (Cementownia Odra). Preparation was based on OKD recipes, the fly ash in the mixture replaces a significant part of the cement. Most mixtures contain one type of fly ash and cement, but two combinations have also been tried. The best results were achieved with ashes from Energy Třinec and Heating plant Zlín.
